π©Έ My Warrior Story
My name is Tray Lover β and my life has been a journey through darkness, pain, survival, and purpose. I live with multiple chronic conditions, including sickle cell disease (SS), Thalassemia minor, asthma, avascular necrosis, and more β a list that grows but never defines who I am at my core.
Iβve been through hell and back. Iβve survived abuse, separation from my children, homelessness for five years, arrests, being fired repeatedly for being ill, seven car accidents, and even being shot at. Each chapter of my life has left marks β physically and emotionally β but Iβve held on with the strength I have left. Not for sympathy. But because I believe in giving this world something better. I smile for the world, even when Iβm broken inside.
Thereβs a pain behind my smile that many donβt see β but that smile? Itβs also my strength. I use it to keep pushing. To remind myself and others that we are still here. Still breathing. Still trying.
π Conditions I Battle Daily
Sickle Cell Disease (SS)
Thalassemia Minor (S/A beta 0 thal)
Asthma
Bilateral Necrosis of the Hips
Plantar Fasciitis (left foot)
Aortic Valve Regurgitation (mild-moderate)
Rib Infarction
Knee Infarction (both knees)
Periodontal Defect (recurring gum infection)
Alpha Thalassemia Deletion
Migraines
Irregularities in the Spine (stiffness and lower back pain)
Gallstones
Gout
And still, I rise.
π£οΈ Trayβs Words to Live By
βSpread love β the world may not be able to bring us back love, but maybe we can make it a better place for future generations. We need to bring back love.β
π¬ Advice to Other Warriors
Study and learn your conditions β you have them for life, so learn to fight them. Study diet, study health, and heal yourself as naturally as possible.
π Thank You, Tray
Your courage, transparency, and determination are not only inspiring β they are transformational. Thank you for showing us the power of love, even in pain. You remind us all that warriors wear many faces, and even in the darkest moments, light can still shine through.
